How do I update my personal information?

You can update some of your personal information on our site, including your e-mail address and state of residence, years of service, province of service, and program of service. Click on "Options" under Users section and Update your Information. This will not Update your information with NPCA. If you are a Friends of Ecuador member through NPCA, while we are happy for you update your information on our site, we also request that you update your address information with NPCA as well by clicking on this link. If you change street address or home city, please let us know in an e-mail at foe@friendsofecuador.org and we will make the appropriate change.

How do I change my password?

Click on "Options" under Users section and update your password. If you've forgotten your password, you can also click on "Login", and you'll see in just below the Friends of Ecuador banner an link to "Lost Password" and a new password will be sent to your e-mail address we have on file. You can then change that to something easier to remember by clicking on the "Options" link in the Users section.

Will my phone number and home address be shared?

No. Absolutely not. We do not share phone numbers or mailing addresses with Members or with outside parties. We only share e-mail addresses, home city, home state, years of service, province of service, and program of service. We only share that information with current volunteers or paid members of Friends of Ecuador (either those that have paid directly to Friends of Ecuador or those that have indicated Friends of Ecuador as their preferred affiliate group with NPCA).

I forgot my nickname. Now what?
The easiest thing to do is to e-mail us at foe@friendsofecuador.org. We recommend that you just set the nickname to be something easy to remember like your first name or the e-mail address you regularly use.
